Delivery
DARLIN (Aust) can deliver your ordered products via Fastways Couriers at an additional cost or you can nominate your own courier for collection. The rate charged will depend on size of order and location of delivery. Rates will be discussed with the purchaser prior to delivery.

Packaging / Damage 
All items are packed to ensure that you will receive your order safely and fantastic condition. We are only to happy to replace any item that is damaged during transit provided that you have opened the package on arrival, noted this on the paperwork from the courier and immediately advised us.    All items carry a manufacturers warranty against defects, however, please note: that the grain and shape of an item will vary as the products are made from a natural wood - Acacia Wood.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change and all items exclude GST and freight.  Price lists will only be distributed to registered Australian Businesses.  For customers in Australia a 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax) applies.

Payment
We accept the Visa & Mastercard Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Direct Bank Transfers (EFT) or cheques. First time orders are COD and orders after that are 14 days from invoice date, subject to a Darlin Imports (Aust) credit application being completed and credit approval confirmed.

Returns / Refunds
All our products are of the highest quality and carefully inspected before shipping. Refunds are not available if you change your mind. Please choose carefully when you purchase.  DARLIN (Aust) will gladly exchange the goods if they are faulty.  The goods must be returned to DARLIN (Aust) at the expense of the customer and replacement goods will be re-supplied at no cost.
